(Nagar Extension ) (Also known as Rajnagar Extension) is a residential area mainly consisting of mid rise apartments in Ghaziabad, India. It situated on the GDA's newly developed Meerut Bypass six lane highway NH-58. (Nagar Extension ) is well connected to Noida, Greater Noida and Delhi. The Vaishali Delhi Metro Station is at a distance of just 12 kilometres and there are plenty of intercity buses from the ISBT located just 3 kilometres away. Also groundwater is available in plenty so there is no water scarcity. Land titles are clear and there are no farmer problems. In (Nagar Extension ), builders bought land from farmers so there are no farmer problems.VVIP Group Devika ,KDP Grand Savanna, SGI Impressions etc are the well known developers in raj nagar extension. Rapid rail transit system is likely to pass through this area in future, connecting Anand Vihar (Delhi) with Meerut and passing through (Nagar Extension ). The proposed metro station for Rajnagar Extension has been accepted by the govt for the Dilshad garden to Ghaziabad New bus stand metro line. There is proposed BCCI International Cricket stadium to be build in the area.
